Son Ye Jin in talks for wealthy dermatologist role in upcoming drama series ‘39’

Son Ye Jin, the lead star of the highly successful drama series “Crash Landing On You,” may be on to another project!

The actress is in talks for the role of a wealthy dermatologist on the new JTBC drama series “39,” according to a report by Soompi.

On Thursday, South Korea’s JoyNews24 reported that Ye Jin would star in the new drama series. In response, her agency MSTeam Entertainment said she had received an offer and was “positively considering” it.

The upcoming 12-episode romance drama series titled “39” will revolve around the stories of three friends about to turn 40.

Ye Jin was offered the role of Cha Mi Jo, a head dermatologist of a clinic in Gangnam who grew up in a wealthy environment.

Meanwhile, “Hospital Playlist” star Jeon Mi Do is also in talks for the role of acting teacher Jung Chan Young in the new series.
