As ‘Hometown Cha Cha Cha’ ends, Kim Seon Ho, Shin Min Ah say goodbye with heartwarming pics

“Hometown Cha Cha Cha” aired its final episode on Sunday night, marking the end of a beautiful journey filled with lessons on life, love and happiness.

Kim Seon Ho and Shin Min Ah — who played the charming and lovable couple “Chief Hong” Du Sik and “Ms. Dentist” Yoon Hye Jin — bid farewell to the tear-jerking yet feel-good Korean drama on Instagram.

The actors shared the  heartwarming photos with the cast and crew, including veteran actress Kim Young Ok who played sweet grandma Gam Ri.

Seon Ho gave us one last glimpse of the show’s unforgettable seaside locations, like Chief Hong’s cozy traditional home, the beach where Chief Hong and Hye Jin first met, and Oh Yoon’s cafe where Chief Hong worked as a barista.

Min Ah, on the other hand, is seen warmly giving her castmates a hug, including her bestfriend Mi Seon (Gong Min Jeong), Yeo Hwa Jung (Lee Bong Ryeon) and little Oh Ju Ri (Kim Min Seo).

For those who haven’t seen it, “Hometown Cha Cha Cha” revolves around a city dentist who moves to a seaside village and meets a jack-of-all-trades handyman.

Although they’re complete opposites, the two find themselves inevitably pulled toward each other.

The romantic K-Drama directed by Yu Je Won has captured the hearts of many Filipinos with its charming characters and heartwarming storyline.

Netflix premiered its 16th and final episode on October 17, giving fans one last "La la la la la la la la la romantic Sunday." — Margaret Claire Layug/LA, GMA News
