Kim Seon Ho confirmed to leave ‘2 Days & 1 Night’ Season 4

Kim Seon Ho will be leaving the KBS variety entertainment program “2 Days & 1 Night” Season 4, according to a report on Soompi.

The program confirmed the actor’s departure from the show through a statement on the same day Seon Ho released an apology.

We have decided on the withdrawal of Kim Seon Ho, who was recently involved in a controversy.

We will do our best to edit him out of the already filmed footage to reduce the discomfort felt by viewers.

The “2 Days & 1 Night” team will continue to work hard to create a good show. Thank you.

The report also said Seon Ho himself expressed his desire to leave the show.

It also said several brands endorsed by the actor had removed him from their official channels.

The news came the same day Seon Ho released an apology to through his agency Salt Entertainment after he was tagged in an abortion controversy.

Seon Ho said he was seeing a former girlfriend “with good emotions. In that process, I hurt her due to my carelessness and inconsiderate actions.”

“I wanted to meet and apologize to her directly, but I am not able to properly convey the apology now and am waiting for that time to come,” part of the statement read.

“For now, I would like to genuinely apologize to her through this statement.”

The actor also apologized for disappointing those who trusted and supported him.

“It was all thanks to those who supported me that I was able to become the actor Kim Seon Ho, but I had forgotten that,” he said.

“I apologize for causing trouble to my co-stars and all of the related staff who worked with me due to my flaws. I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who was hurt,”

Salt Entertainment also issued a separate statement regarding the matter.

On Oct. 18, rumors circulated about an anonymous woman hiding under the name A who posted in an online community that actor K forced her to have an abortion on false promise of marriage, said a Soompi report.

Although the post did not mention any names, many speculated that the actor in question was Kim Seon Ho.

On Oct. 19, Seon Ho’s agency issued a statement neither denying nor confirming the accusations, saying they were checking facts. – Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/RC, GMA News
