The 35-year-old actress just announced the news on Instagram by posting sweet photos with her fiance.

Flexing her glimmering engagement ring, Lindsay wrote in the caption "My love. My life. My family. My future."

According to People Magazine, Shammas is the Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse in Dubai.
