ENHYPEN's Sunoo tests positive for COVID-19


ENHYPEN member Sunoo has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

In a Weverse statement on Friday, Belift Lab announced that Sunoo contracted a fever and went to the hospital to get tested last Wednesday. 

His PCR test results came back positive on Thursday.

"Sunoo received two doses of the vaccine and is currently not exhibiting any extraordinary symptoms other than cough and sore throat," the statement said.

"He is currently receiving treatment in accordance with the healthcare authority guidelines," it added.

ENHYPEN is a seven-member K-pop boy band composed of Sunoo, Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, and Ni-ki. Formed through the 2020 survival show I-Land, they debuted in 2020.

The group just released their repackaged studio album "Dimension: Answer," followed by a music video for "Blessed-Cursed." —JCB, GMA News
