Elliot Page’s Vanya Hargreeves to come out as transgender on ‘Umbrella Academy’ Season 3

Elliot Page’s character Vanya Hargreeves is coming out as transgender on the upcoming third season of “Umbrella Academy.”

On Wednesday, the Canadian actor and producer shared a sneak peek into his new character.

“Meet Viktor Hargreeves,” he wrote on Instagram.

Elliot, who came out as transgender in December 2020, shared his first shirtless photo as a trans man in May. Then, he celebrated having been able to wear his “first swim trunks.”

“Umbrella Academy” Season 3 will premiere on June 22. It revolves around seven siblings born with special abilities and are tasked to save the world from ending.

The second season ended with the Hargreeves siblings encountering an alternate version of reality and themselves.
