Vin Abrenica says he is not spared by Aljur's bashers on social media: 'It's so painful'
Vin Abrenica and Sophie Albert have just gotten married, but instead of congratulations and well-wishes, many on social media have chosen to hurl negativity on the couple.
On Wednesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Vin admitted that he is not spared by the bashers hating on his older brother Aljur.
Aljur has been on the receiving end of criticism online following his split with wife Kylie Padilla last year.
"I just got married and all of the comments ang sinasabi maghihiwalay din kayo," Vin said. "It's so painful."
"Imagine for me, masakit 'yun. Also for him (Aljur). 'Bat ginaganun 'yung kapatid ko wala namang kinalaman 'yan?'"
Vin said he and Sophie have been together for 10 years and decided to tie the knot now that they have a beautiful baby girl named Avianna.
"Everything in that 10 years has been so happy, and I'm not planning to break the relationship," he said.
"Wala akong pinaplano na give it three years, give it two months, or pag nagkaanak din 'yan ng dalawa maghihiwalay. Ang sakit naman, oh my God."
Vin said it's not nice to see those comments, especially for Sophie's family.
"Masakit Tito Boy, we're going through that now, me and Sophie," he said.
The "Mga Lihim ni Urduja" actor said his he feels for his brother Aljur and reminded everyone that his brother is still a human being.
"He's broken now," he said. "Hindi naman madali na lumabas ng bahay na alam mo lahat ng tao sa buong mundo galit sa 'yo."
"He's trying to be strong and I see through him," he said. "It breaks my heart."
Aljur and AJ Raval recently went Instagram official with their relationship. The two have been rumored to be dating in 2021, after Aljur's separation with Kylie.
AJ denied that she was the third party to their marriage.
