Jungkook of BTS deletes his Instagram, tells fans not to worry
Jungkook of BTS just deleted his Instagram account, but he immediately assured fans that they have nothing to worry about.
On Weverse, the Korean star explained why he quit the social media platform.
"It wasn't hacked. I just deleted because I wasn't using it much... So don't worry!" he said.
"I immediately deleted the app too, and I don't think I'll be using it from now on! I just wanted to let you know in advance!" he added.
BTS members launched their individual Instagram accounts in December 2021. Jungkook had over 50 million followers before he deleted his account.
Jungkook was recognized among 200 of the best singers of all time by Rolling Stone magazine. He was ranked no. 91.
He also previously performed the FIFA World Cup 2022 song "Dreamers" in Qatar in November 2022.
The song became the fastest FIFA World Cup song to hit No. 1 on the United States' iTunes Top Songs chart after just two hours and 11 minutes.
