RM of BTS, Tablo of Epik High release new collab song ‘Stop The Rain’

RM of BTS and Tablo of Epik High have released their new collaboration song, “Stop The Rain!”

The new music also comes with a 3-minute animated music video showing a little boy.

The lyrics include the lines “The rain will fall/ And tomorrow may not come/ But maybe the tears will fall/ To wash the pain away/ I’m tryna stop the rain.”

Ahead of its release, Tablo wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that “Stop The Rain” is an honest song.

“And because it's honest, there is pain there. But that's also what makes it an empowering song,” he said.

“What we want is for you to nod your head to it, blast it at the gym or in your car on the way to work, dance & sing along to it, make memes, make it yours, and enjoy it. That's how we stop the rain inside of us,” Tablo wrote.

RM and Tablo have also worked together on “All Day,” a track on RM’s 2022 debut solo album “Indigo.”

Tablo is a member of the South Korean hip-hop trio Epik High, known for songs like "Fly (ft. Soulciety’s Amin. J)" and "Love Love Love (ft. Lee Yoong Jin)."

BTS is set to reconvene as a group this year following the members’ mandatory military service.

They recently announced new projects: video and photobook “BTS 7 Moments” and board game “Run BTS Poly Highlight Package.”
