TXT’s Yeonjun teases solo album

The 4th Gen It Boy officially begins the YOLO era!

Following his birthday live on Saturday, Yeonjun posted a series of photos on Instagram confirming that he has shot the music video for his solo album, set to be released in November 2025.

The photos contained information that his music video was shot in Thailand in August and that it was for his first mini album.

It also included a line from a script, which stated that the music video will contain explosions as he runs down a street.

“For what’s to come,” he said in the post.

Yeonjun also changed his profile picture to his photo being covered in red tape.

According to an earlier report by Soompi, Yeonjun has completed recording the album and has been in the process of completing his music video.

He was also reported to have taken “an active role” in the creation of the album.

“Yeonjun is currently working on a solo album with the goal of releasing it in November,” said Bighit Music in a statement to Korean media.

Yeonjun was seen taking a quick overseas trip following the conclusion of TXT’s 2-day Act: Tomorrow concert in Seoul on August 22 and 23 and made an “accidental” Instagram live teasing of his song and music video on August 25.

Yeonjun’s new album follows the release of his solo mixtape “Ggum” in September 2024.

TXT is set to embark on their fourth world tour throughout the rest of 2025 and are gearing up for their newest album release, “Starkissed,” in Japan. — Jiselle Anne Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
