'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty': Lee Chae Min, Im Yoon Ah share BTS photos as show wraps

“Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” aired its finale episode on Netflix on Sunday night, providing viewers with a satisfying happy ending.

According to Soompi, the final episode of the Netflix series “achieved the highest viewership ratings of its entire run,” making it the “most-watched program of any kind to air on Sunday” in South Korea.

Lead stars Lee Chae Min and Im Yoon Ah marked the end of the series by sharing behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram.

Chae Min posted on-set moments with his co-stars, while Yoon Ah looked back on the many dishes featured in the drama, including Gochujang butter bibimbap, Doenjang pasta, and Doenjang soup.

“Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” follows the story of an award-winning chef who is transported to the Joseon dynasty after a solar eclipse. In the Philippines, it consistently held the top spot until “Alice in Borderland” Season 3 took the reign. It ranked second in the “Top 10 TV Shows in the Philippines Today” on Netflix upon the release of its finale. 

Chae Min is set to hold a fan meet in the Philippines soon. Further details about the tour have yet to be released.
