Zayn Malik calls Blackpink's Jisoo an 'absolute legend' after 'Eyes Closed' collab

Zayn Malik penned an appreciation post for Jisoo following their collaboration track, “Eyes Closed.”

The “Pillowtalk” hitmaker shared behind the scenes photos from their music video shoot on Instagram.

In his caption, Zayn told the Blackpink member, “Jisoo.. you’re an absolute legend, loved every part of this collaboration.”

He added, “thank you for making me the coolest dad around.”

Jisoo also previously wrote a gratitude post for Zayn. She said, “working with you has been truly special.”

News of Jisoo and Zayn's collaboration swept social media ahead of the song’s release.

Jisoo released her debut solo EP, "Amortage," in February. It includes the songs "Earthquake," "Your Love," "Tears," and "Hugs & Kisses."

Jisoo was in Manila last March for a solo fan meet.

Meanwhile, Zayn released the album “Room Under the Stairs” in 2024.

The singer is set to reunite with his fellow One Direction member Louis Tomlinson for a travel docuseries.
