Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin launches new agency Ooak

Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has made her return to the industry by launching a new entertainment company.

According to reports by Korean media, the new company is called Ooak, which stands for One Of A Kind. It completed registration on October 16.

The business scope of the agency includes celebrity management, artist management, album and music production and distribution, and the organization of performances, events, and brand management. The company has capital assets of 30 million won ($21,000) and lists Hee Jin as a member of the board.

The registered office is located in Seoul’s Gangnam District, near Nonhyeon-dong.

Min Hee Jin, as well as members of the ADOR girl group NewJeans, have been embroiled in lengthy legal battles with HYBE labels and its subsidiaries since 2024. —Carby Rose Basina/JCB, GMA Integrated News
