Katy Perry, Justin Trudeau make first public appearance as a couple — reports

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have just made their first public appearance as a couple.

The American popstar and Canada's former prime minister made their first public appearance in Paris over the weekend on Saturday, October 25, People Magazine reports.

Citing TMZ, which published a video of Katy and Justin exiting the establishment holding hands, People said the couple went to the famed Crazy Horse to celebrate Katy's 41st birthday.

In the video, Katy is seen wearing a fabulous red figure-hugging dress, while Justin looked dapper in an all-black ensemble.

According to The Independent, Katy and Justin first sparked dating rumors in July, when they were seen dining together in Montreal. In the same month, USA Today reported on Justin attending Katy's Montreal concert.  

Since then, "Trudeau had 'been pursuing' the Grammy nominee," People said citing an unnamed source. 

Last month, paparazzi photos of the two canoodling in a yacht made the rounds online.

The two haven't confirmed anything yet.

Early in July, Katy and former husband Orlando Bloom announced their split. Meanwhile, Justin and his wife announced their split in 2023 after 18 years together. — LA, GMA Integrated News
