GOT7's Youngjae to enlist in South Korean military in November
GOT7 member Youngjae is set to begin his mandatory South Korean military service on November 27.
Citing his agency AndBut Company, Soompi reported on Thursday that the K-pop singer will enlist as a social service worker in the army.
They also announced that there will be no send-off event for Youngjae and expressed heartfelt gratitude to his fans.
"We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all fans for your unwavering love and support, and we ask that you continue to send your warm encouragement to Youngjae throughout his service period," they wrote.
Youngjae is the fourth and last GOT7 member to enlist in the military following Jay B, Jinyoung and Yugyeom.
GOT7 last made a comeback in January with the release of their EP "Winter Heptagon," which comes three years after their self-titled album in 2022.
