Bretman Rock, niece Cleo are Glinda and Elphaba for Halloween, and they have the funniest prop
Bretman Rock and his niece Cleo dressed up as everyone's favorite pink and green duo — Glinda and Elphaba from "Wicked!"
On Instagram, the Filipino-American internet star amused netizens with videos of them singing their own take on the film's popular songs, starting with "What is this Feeling." Instead of describing Bretman's Elphaba as "green," however, Cleo says, "gay."
"Funny how she toook years learning her first line…. But took seconds to learn this one," Bretman wrote in his caption.
But it's the second video that has fans giggling. Decked in Elphaba's black robes, Cleo sang "Defying Gravity" while clutching her witch's broom — a walis tambo.
"Walis Tambo sales after this video," Bretman said, "Cléo was so excited to sing this."
Although fans were amused by the walis tambo, they took time to praise Cleo's vocals.
Last year, Bretman and his family dressed up as White Ladies, the characters from "Inside Out 2," and as Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompas.
His other costumes include demonic nun Valak, and as Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy from “SpongeBob Squarepants."
