Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin win acting awards at Blue Dragon Awards 2025

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin were among the night’s big winners at the Blue Dragon Awards, South Korea’s award-giving body that honors the best in filmmaking.

According to Forbes, it was the first time a married couple won Best Actor and Best Actress. They also won popularity awards for favorite actors through fan voting.

Hyun Bin was named Best Actor for “Harbin,” a biographical period drama where he starred as General Ahn Jung Geun, an activist for independence.

Son Ye Jin won Best Actress for “No Other Choice,” a black comedy thriller. She played the wife of Lee Byung Hun’s character.

The couple mentioned each other and their son in their acceptance speeches.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are famous for the K-Drama “Crash Landing on You.”
