Simon Cowell announces new boy band called December 10
Simon Company has formed a new boyband called December 10!
The renowned music producer announced the new boyband in his docuseries “Simon Cowell: The Next Act.”
According to Netflix, the docuseries follows Cowell and fellow music executives as they conduct open auditions in London, Dublin, and Liverpool to find promising young singers for the new group.
From more than a thousand hopefuls, Cowell ultimately selected 16 contestants, aged 15 to 19, to advance to the next stage.
After a series of evaluations, the group was narrowed down to seven members named Cruz, Danny, Hendrik, John, Josh, Nicolas, and Sean which formed the band.
The band has already released their first track, a cover of NSYNC’s “Bye, Bye, Bye,” on YouTube.
In 2024, Cowell announced he will be holding an audition for “future megastars” that will be part of his next boyband.
The “X Factor UK ” judge is best know for creating One Direction composed of Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik (until left the group in March 2015) and the late Liam Payne, formed through the talent competition back in 2010.
