TXT's Hueningkai opens personal Instagram account

Hueningkai has finally made it to Instagram!

On Monday night, the TXT member officially opened his solo instagram account with the handle @kaikamal_.

The username was inspired from his own real name, Kai Kamal Huening.

His first post featured eight photos taken from his Christmas song cover of “Only Thing I Ever Get for Christmas” by Justin Bieber.

“An angel has appeared,” he captioned in Korean on his first post.

As of writing, Hueningkai has garnered more than 6,000 followers on his new instagram account.

Hueningkai is the last TXT member to open his solo Instagram account.

Meanwhile, Hueningkai’s cover was released on Youtube on Monday evening.

In the music video, the TXT member was shown lounging around in pure white, and depicting the image of a cozy Christmas in a video taken seemingly from the point-of-view of his cat. He is seen running around with cat toys and accessories as he sang the Christmas serenade, with photos of his own cat, Aqua, littering the walls.

Hueningkai’s new cover joins his previous roster of well-loved pop covers such as Avril Lavigne’s “Sk8er Boi,” 5SOS’ “YoungBlood,” and Maroon5’s “This Love.”

Hueningkai, along with the rest of TXT, will be returning to the Philippines in March 2026 for the third time for the “Wonders at 5:53” fun meet with MOAs at MOA Arena. —Jiselle Anne C. Casucian/JCB, GMA Integrated News
