BTS teases cryptic date, wipes Instagram account
ARMY, hold on to your seats — the BTS comeback is starting to look serious!
Fans who have BTS memberships on Weverse received a special New Year's postcard stamped with a cryptic red logo and the date March 20, 2026, leading fans to speculate that a new album is dropping that day.
Adding fuel to the fire, BTS removed all posts on their group Instagram account, a tactic some artists use to hint at new musical eras.
According to Soompi, BigHit Music has confirmed that the South Korean supergroup will be releasing a new album on March 20.
BTS has yet to make any official announcements on their social media pages.
All seven members greeted fans a happy new year on Weverse Live, holding their own version of a countdown to 2026, a year they said they've been waiting eagerly for.
Shortly after all members completed their mandatory military service, they said they were working hard for a comeback and tour.
BTS' last release was the anthology album "Proof," which includes three new songs: "Yet to Come," "Run BTS," and "For Youth." It was released in 2022.
During their hiatus, the members enlisted in the South Korean military and launched solo careers. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
