Millie Bobby Brown signs off as Eleven as 'Stranger Things' ends
Millie Bobby Brown has officially bid farewell to her iconic character Eleven of "Stranger Things."
The hit sci-fi series ended after nearly 10 years on New Year's Day (Philippine time) with the release of the Season 5 final episode.
On Instagram, Millie shared a black-and-white photo of her with the series creators, the Duffer Brothers.
"Over and out," she wrote simply. The phrase, used to end conversations on radio, was said a lot by the characters throughout the entire series.
Fans commented messages of love and gratitude, thanking her for portraying the beloved Eleven, who viewers have grown up with in the past decade.
"Stranger Things" debuted in Netflix in 2016. Set in the 1980s, the story starts with the mysterious disappearance of Will Byers and subsequent appearance of Eleven, a girl with psychokinetic abilities, which leads to the uncovering of supernatural entities and government conspiracies.
