Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban finalize divorce, settle on parenting plan

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce after 19 years of marriage, People Magazine has reported.

According to court documents obtained by People, Nicole and Keith have agreed to waive all child and spousal support rights. Each individual is also responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.

The former couple have two teen daughters, Sunday and Faith, and a parenting plan was also shared by People.

Nicole and Keith must "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced."

"They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent," the agreement said. "They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."

Faith and Sunday will be living with Nicole as the actress has them for 306 days, while Keith has 59. He is also allowed to spend every other weekend with them, from 10 a.m. on Saturday mornings to 6 p.m. on Sunday evenings.

The magazine added that Nicole and Keith “have joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their daughters' lives.”

Nicole and Keith met in 2005 at a gala in Los Angeles, and got married in 2006.

In June 2025, the couple celebrated their 19th anniversary, with Nicole posting on Instagram to mark the occasion.
