'Heated Rivalry' stars Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie serve as torchbearers at 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan

From turning up the heat on the small screen to igniting the Olympic flame!

"Heated Rivalry" stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie were among the selected torchbearers for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy.

The official Olympics Instagram page shared photos and videos of the on-screen partners carrying the torch, symbolizing the start of the Olympic Games.

The two breakout stars carried the flame through the Feltre section of the route that started in Pordenone with Paraolympian Giada Rossi and ended in Belluno.

In the various Instagram posts of the Olympics, Hudson's and Connor's "Heated Rivalry" colleagues have left endearing messages of support.

Series director Jacob Tierney, left emojis that signified his disbelief at the occasion, while Rob G.K. left a funny GIF that resonated so well with netizens, it's been liked more than 3K times as of writing.

The Winter Olympics is a major international multi-sport event held every four years. This year’s games will take place in Milan from February 6 to 22.

Meanwhile, Hudson and Connor rose to fame as the lead stars of the much-talked-about series “Heated Rivalry." In the Philippines, it's streaming on HBO Max.

Based on Rachel Reid's novels, the series follows the intense rivalry-turned-romance between Major League Hockey stars Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov.

Following the show's immediate success, Hudson and Connor have guest-starred in various television shows and podcasts. They also made their Golden Globes debut as presenters earlier in January.
