Lady Gaga calls Super Bowl halftime show with Bad Bunny 'an absolute honor'

Lady Gaga calls Super Bowl halftime show with Bad Bunny 'an absolute honor'

Just like Ricky Martin’s “tsunami of emotions” after performing at the Super Bowl halftime show with Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga is also beaming with pride and joy to be part of the now-viral performance.

On Instagram, the “Bad Romance” hitmaker shared a video of her performance of “Die With A Smile,” delivered with a Latin-infused arrangement, and was followed by a salsa-style dance with Bad Bunny.

“It was my absolute honor to be a part of Benito’s halftime show,” she said, calling the 31-year-old Puerto Rican singer's first name.

“Thank you, Benito, for inviting me, and thank you to the entire cast for welcoming me onto your stage,” she added. “I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”

Clad in an all-cream ensemble designed by Zara, Bad Bunny opened the halftime show with “Tití Me Preguntó” while walking through carefully crafted vignettes of Puerto Rican life: farmers in traditional pava hats, domino players, and boxers.

Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin later joined him on stage each for a song number, while the likes Jessica Alba and Pedro Pascual danced on stage.

At the 2026 Grammys, Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga were seen sharing a brief interaction, in which Lady Gaga playfully spooked Bad Bunny by subtly poking him from behind. Bad Bunny went on to take home the Album of the Year award that night.
