South Korean actor Jung Eun Woo passes away

South Korean actor Jung Eun Woo passed away. He was 40 years old.

Citing media outlets, South Korean newspaper The Chosun Daily reported that Jung died on Wednesday, February 11. No cause of death has been revealed. 

A day before his death, Jung posted on Instagram a photo of the late Leslie Cheung and Amy Winehouse with the caption "missed, envied, regretted" in Korean.

According to the report, Jung's funeral is currently being held at the New Koryo Hospital Funeral Hall with the burial taking place at Byeokje Sunghwa Cemetery on February 13. 

With a career spanning two decades, Jung made his acting debut in 2006 through "Banollim 3." He went on to appear in movies such as "He Was Cool (Tutoring the Same Age 2)," "Bad Couple," and "Miss Chang," among others. 

On television, he took on roles in dramas including "Hit," "Chuno," "The Man Called God," and "Bride of the Sun."
