Katseye's Manon gives update after removing group name from IG bio
Katseye member Manon posted an update after sparking concern for removing the group's name from her Instagram bio.
In a Weverse message posted on Thursday, Manon expressed gratitude for fans who have been checking in on her during her break.
“I’m really grateful for the patience and kindness everyone has shown during this time,” she said.
The singer said she remains in positive communication with Hybe and Geffen.
“HxG and I are having positive conversations and I feel supported. I'm happy and I'm healthy. I'll share more soon. Thank you for always being there for me,” she said.
The update comes amid ongoing fan speculation about her status in the group, as she was notably absent from recent promotional content for the upcoming single “Pinky Up.”
In February, Katseye said Manon will be taking a break "to focus on her health and wellbeing."
Katseye will perform at Coachella on April 10 and April 17.
The group debuted in 2023 and visited Manila in 2024 for a fan showcase, appearances, and collabs.
