Song Joong Ki, wife Katy Louise Saunders make first official public appearance together

Song Joong Ki and his wife, Katy Louise Saunders, made their first official public appearance together.

According to a report by The Korea Herald, the couple took part in a classical music event as narrators, marking a rare joint engagement since tying the knot.

The two appeared at the Gaon Soloists’ seventh regular concert, “Kinderszenen,” held on April 18 at the IBK Chamber Hall of the Seoul Arts Center in South Korea.

The event was organized in celebration of the 46th Day of Persons with Disabilities.

During the performance, they narrated the opening segment, reading an excerpt from Camille Saint-Saëns’ “The Carnival of the Animals,” particularly “Introduction and Royal March of the Lion,” in English and Korean.

Joong Ki announced his marriage to Katy in 2023. In the same year, they welcomed their son.

In 2024, Joong Ki’s agency confirmed they are expecting their second child.
