Page Six made the report after Zoe was spotted wearing a ring in London, sparking speculation online.

"He is completely smitten," the publication's source said. "He would jump off a cliff for her."

On Monday, People Magazine made a similar report, saying that Zoe has shared the engagement news with her friends.
