Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Tom Holland, more stars attend 'The Odyssey' London premiere

“The Odyssey” is almost here!

Christopher Nolan's mythic action epic held its world premiere in London with a star-studded launch for the upcoming film.

Among the stars who graced the red carpet were Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Elliot Page, Charlize Theron, Himesh Patel, John Leguizamo, and newlyweds Zendaya and Tom Holland.

In the official trailer, set after the Trojan War, Matt Damon stars as Odysseus, who journeys across the sea while facing various obstacles, including the Cyclops Polyphemus and treacherous weather.

Another trailer showed the tension between Antinous (Robert) and Telemachus (Tom), the son of Odysseus and Penelope (Anne).

A film adaptation of Homer’s “Odyssey,” the upcoming film is set for an international theatrical release on July 17. —Hermes Joy Tunac/JCB, GMA News
