IU, Lee Jong Suk confirm breakup

IU and Lee Jong Suk have parted ways, their respective agencies have confirmed.

Following speculations and reports, IU's agency EDAM Entertainment and Lee Jong Suk's agency ACE Factory said, "It is true that they broke up."

The K-drama stars were together for four years, having first confirmed their relationship in 2022.

In a letter, IU said they were colleagues for a long time before deciding to date.

IU's latest projects include "Perfect Crown" and "When Life Gives You Tangerines."

Lee Jong Suk meanwhile is known for his roles in "Romance is a Bonus Book" and "While You Were Sleeping." —JCB, GMA News
