NCAA: JRU-San Beda game postponed due to unplayable court conditions

The NCAA postponed the game between San Beda University and Jose Rizal University due to unplayable court conditions brought about by inclement weather in San Juan.

The Heavy Bombers were leading 9-3 with 5:25 remaining in the first quarter when play was halted because of a wet spot on the floor.

After a lengthy pause, officials announced that the game would be postponed due to the court's unplayable conditions.

A new schedule for the game will be announced at a later date.

Meanwhile, a decision on whether the second game between San Sebastian College-Recoletos and Colegio de San Juan de Letran will proceed will be made before tipoff.
