NCAA: Letran's Jonathan Manalili expected to return by November after knee sprain
Jonathan Manalili is expected to return to action for Colegio de San Juan de Letran by November after sustaining a knee sprain in the Knights’ previous game against Lyceum of the Philippines University in NCAA Season 102 last Thursday.
Head coach Allen Ricardo confirmed the development to GMA News Online.
“Just a sprained knee. Nothing serious naman. Need lang full recovery,” Ricardo said in a message.
Manalili suffered a bad fall late in the game against the Pirates, which the Knights won, 96-86.
In a post on his personal page, Manalili thanked those who prayed for his recovery, expressing relief after receiving a favorable MRI result.
“All glory and praise belong to You, Lord! Thank You for the good result of my MRI. You heard my prayers. My heart is filled with gratitude, happiness, and relief,” he said.
The Knights currently hold a 4-2 record in the Group B standings.
