Defending champion Talk 'N Text is once again headed into the semifinals of the PBA Commissioner's Cup after coasting to a 102-90 road win over Rain or Shine Saturday night at the Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.   The Tropang Texters, the reigning champions in the mid-season tournament, notched their sixth win in eight games and will end their elimination round campaign against Governors Cup tormentor Petron on Wednesday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.   Import Donnell Harvey scattered 32 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to help the Texters show Rain or Shine, a semifinalist in the 2012 PBA Philippine Cup, the door as the Elasto Painters closed out with a 3-6 slate.   Both teams played a tight first quarter with the score tied at 24-all after 12 minutes of play.   Harvey, in the second period, slowly asserted himself inside the paint while Larry Fonacier and Jimmy Alapag fired away from the three-point range as the Texters take a 52-42 lead at the break.   Jason Castro's three-pointer pushed the lead out further to 18, 75-57, entering the final period.   Rain or Shine mounted a final attempt to turn things around with Jeff Chan, rookie Paul Lee and import Willard Crews joining hands to move the Texters within 10, 82-72, with still nine minutes left in the fourth quarter.   But the Texters, behind Harvey and Kelly Williams' key baskets, held on to complete the win.   The hunt for playoff berths continue with B-MEG hoping to join Talk 'N Text in the semifinals when the Llamados take on the Powerade Tigers in the first game. The 6:30 p.m. main game will have Barako Bull facing Barangay Ginebra. — JVP, GMA News
