The evolution of a PBA team - From the Powerade Tigers to the GlobalPort Batang Pier

The Powerade Tigers turned heads and became an instant fan favorite when the team launched an improbable run to the Finals of the 2011-12 Philippine Cup. A little over a year from that point however, that squad has undergone a ton of changes, not limited to trades. They were also sold and rebranded, to become the GlobalPort Batang Pier. Of the 14 players on that Philippine Cup team, only five are still around, ready to be lined-up for the upcoming 2013 Commissioner's Cup. Who are those five?
