Barroca pumped in a game-high 24 points, to go with three rebounds, five assists and two steals, versus just one turnover, in the deciding match. He also went toe-to-toe against Elasto Painters center Beau Belga down the stretch, emerging triumphant, along with his team.

For the conference, Barroca normed 13.30 points, 4.50 rebounds, 4.33 assists and 2.03 steals. In the Finals, his numbers actually dipped to 12.0 points, 2.67 rebounds, 3.83 assists, and 1.33 steals, but he was a consistent off-the-bench spark for Coach Tim Cone, especially down the stretch.

Originally the fifth overall pick in the 2011 draft, following a stint with the first incarnation of the Gilas national team, Barroca was traded by the Shopinas.com Clickers to the then-B-MEG Llamados, where he apprenticed under Josh Urbiztondo and Jonas Villanueva, before being handed the reins of the team by Cone. - AMD, GMA News
