Since the PBA on Thursday approved the application of three new franchises, fans have been buzzing about just how the NLEX Road Warriors, Blackwater Sports, and the as-of-now unnamed KIA Motors franchise will form their squads.

It was originally announced that the trio would get the 11th to 13th picks in the 2014 PBA Draft, plus selections from an expansion draft, though the two PBA-DL call-ups, NLEX and Blackwater, will not be allowed to make direct hires.

On Friday, the PBA announced that they would be open to looking at revising these concessions for the new teams, most likely decreasing the amount of players the existing PBA franchises can “protect” in the expansion draft from 14 to a lower number like 12 or 10.

However, in addition to these unprotected players, the league also said on Thursday that undrafted free agents and other free agents will also be making up the expansion draft pool. That opens the door to a host players currently playing in the D-League and other environs, as well as practice team players.

We’ve compiled a list of the undrafted players from the past three drafts, plus, players who were drafted, but who are no longer on an active PBA roster as of the on-going Commissioner’s Cup. Keep in mind though that this is not an exhaustive list, nor an official list. Some of the names found here may have moved on to non-basketball jobs, or spots in leagues abroad. It also does not include players with more than three years of PBA experience who do not have a roster spot right now.
