LOOK: NBA's Christmas Day uniforms feature players' first names
With Christmas considered a time to be friendlier, 10 National Basketball Association teams will be wearing jerseys with their first instead of last names on the back.
The NBA on Saturday morning (PHL time) posted images of the Christmas Day jerseys on its Twitter account, saying replicas are available at the NBA Store.
A tweet by the league showed the front of the uniforms having the teams' logos and players' numbers - and the back featuring the players' numbers with the first names underneath.

But the early response from tweeps was not very generous.
"Ugly as ****. What was Adidas thinking with this bull****," said one.

The teams that will face off on Christmas Day (Dec. 26 in PHL) are:
Washington Wizards vs New York Knicks
Oklahoma City Thunder vs San Antonio Spurs
Cleveland Cavaliers vs Miami Heat
Los Angeles Lakers vs Chicago Bulls
Golden State Warriors vs Los Angeles Clippers
But the NBA Store also featured replica jerseys belonging to players from the Houston Rockets, Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, and Portland Trail Blazers. — Joel Locsin/JDS, GMA News
