Samboy Lim remains in ICU as doctors monitor his brain condition

PBA legend Samboy Lim remained in intensive care as doctors continued to monitor his brain condition, according to a report by Susan Enriquez on "24 Oras" on Tuesday.

 

Lim suffered a heart attack last Friday during an exhibition game featuring fellow former PBA players.

 

The ex-San Miguel Beer guard remains comatose. According to the latest medical bulletin from his doctors at The Medical City, his cardiac status and other vital organs are stable, but his neurologic status is still being monitored.

 

Known for his high-flying moves that earned him the nickname "Skywalker," Lim is one of the most popular players in PBA history. He was named to the PBA's 25 Greatest Players list during the league's silver anniversary celebration in 2000. — JST, GMA News
