PBA commissioner Chito Narvasa resigns

Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Commissioner Chito Narvasa has resigned.

GMA News' Mav Gonzales said on Twitter on Sunday that media bureau chief Willie Marcial has been appointed as officer-in-charge.
