Indiana Pacers star Victor Oladipo won't suit up for Wednesday night's game against the Hornets in Charlotte as he continues to recover from a sore right knee.

Oladipo has been considered day-to-day and exited early in his last game -- Saturday's 97-89 win over the Atlanta Hawks.

The All-Star guard played less than five minutes in the first quarter before asking for a substitution. The Pacers ruled out his return shortly afterward and also held him out of Monday's win over the Utah Jazz.

Oladipo has averaged 21.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game this season. The latter two are career highs.

The No. 2 overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic, Oladipo made his first All-Star team and was named the NBA's Most Improved Player in his first season with Indiana in 2017-18. — Field Level Media/Reuters
