Khris Middleton drops 40 as Bucks tie NBA Finals vs Suns at 2-all

Khris Middleton led the way with 40 points for the Bucks as Milwaukee closed out strong to beat the Phoenix Suns, 109-103, in Game Four of the 2021 NBA Finals on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila).

With the win, the Eastern Conference champions have tied the series at 2-apiece after losing the first two games of the best-of-seven series.

Middleton, a two-time NBA All-Star, scored 14 points of his team-high points in the fourth quarter, including eight in the last 2:07 of the game. He scored three unanswered field goals and a pair of free throws to turn a 99-97 deficit into a 105-99 lead with 20 seconds left to play.

Giannis Antetokounmpo added 26 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists for the Bucks.

Devin Booker led Phoenix with a game-high 42 points, but only managed to score four in the fourth quarter.
