Jimmy Alapag grateful for NBA Summer League experience with Sacramento Kings

Jimmy Alapag is grateful for his stint as an assistant coach for the Sacramento Kings in the NBA Summer League.

On Instagram, Thursday, shared photos of the team celebrating their championship in the pre-season tournament.

"What an amazing experience here in Vegas for the NBA Summer League!" Alapag wrote in the caption.

"Thankful to have been a part of such a special group of people, from the coaching staff, trainers and support staff, to the players. Watching the team come together over the past few weeks was amazing to watch!" he added.

The former Gilas Pilipinas captain also thanked the Kings organization for the opportunity given to him.

On Wednesday, the Kings won the tournament after a 100-67 victory over the Boston Celtics.

This is Alapag's second stint with the Kings as an assistant coach. His first stint was back in 2019.
