Family, friends, and loved ones of former De La Salle University (DLSU) player and De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (CSB) assistant coach Rafa Dinglasan are mourning after the announcement of his passing on Monday.

He was 53 years old.

The CSB Center for Sports Development confirmed the passing away of Dinglasan.

"Animo Forever Coach Rafa," the CSB page wrote as part of their caption.

In a post on his personal Facebook page, Lasallian and Rep. Mikee Romero described Dinglasan as 'the life of any party' and a true brother.  "Painful as it is to everyone, you are now in God's hands," he wrote.
