Meralco's Aaron Black hurts hand in Bolts' win over Terrafirma
Meralco Bolts guard Aaron Black hurt his right hand early in the team's clash with Terrafirma Dyip on Thursday.
Black was seen having his hand covered with bandages after apparently hurting it at exactly two-minute mark of the game, which the Bolts' dominated with a 95-83 win.
"I just got words that he hurt his hand but didn't break it," said head coach Norman Black said in the post-game interview.
"So I'm not sure how serious it is yet. We'll still get an X-ray. So we'll figure it out later but at least there's no broken bones and hopefully he will heal as quickly as possible," he added about the condition of his son.
According to the league's official Twitter account, Black, the 2020 Outstanding Rookie of the Year, will be brought to the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center to have his hand checked.

The Bolts are already without Chris Newsome and Cliff Hodge after both were placed under the league's health and safety protocols. Black's possible injury could hurt them when they battle Blackwater on Saturday.
Black, a former Ateneo Blue Eagle, was averaging 6.71 points, 3.29 rebounds, and 1.57 assists in seven games.
