Derrick Rose proposes to girlfriend in Madison Square Garden

For a basketball player, it is a thrilling experience to play on a famous court. But how about getting engaged in one?

New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose did just that as he proposed to his girlfriend Alaina Anderson on the floor of the Madison Square Garden.

Rose on Wednesday posted a photo of the engagement ring and their dinner setup in the Knicks home court.

"I will always love you [because] you go above and beyond. We built a beautiful family and an unbreakable bond. Thank you Queen," he wrote in the caption.
