Vosotros hits game-winner as TNT bags Leg 1 title of PBA 3x3's second conference

Almond Vosotros showed anew that he is PBA 3x3's scoring king as he drilled the game-winner which handed TNT Tropang Giga the title for the first leg of the PBA 3x3's second conference on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Tied at 19 with less than a minute left, Vosotros connected from beyond the arc to give TNT the 21-19 win over the Meralco Bolts 3x3 team.

Vosotros listed 10 points in the win, while Rey Mark Acuno and Samboy de Leon listed 4 points each. Lervin Flores added 3 points in the TNT victory.

Tonino Gonzaga led the Bolts' charge with 11 points.

Barangay Ginebra settled for third place, their first podium finish in the 3x3 tournament, after defeating Phoenix-affiliated Limitless Appmasters, 21-17.

Prior to the finals stint, TNT beat Limitless, 20-19 in the semis, while the Bolts outlasted Barangay Ginebra San Miguel, 21-20.

Completing the playoffs were the Sista Super Sealers, Purefoods TJ Titans, San Miguel Beermen, and Platinum Karaoke, who fell to Meralco, TNT, Ginebra, and Limitless respectively.

Back in the first conference, TNT also bagged the Leg 1 trophy by also defeating the Bolts.
