The San-En Neophoenix spoiled Kiefer Ravena's 28-point performance for the Shiga Lakestars to snap their nine-game losing skid, 93-80, on Sunday in the Japan B.League.

San-En banked on their second and third quarter performance, limiting Shiga to less than 20 points in both quarters to get the lead 68-51 at the end of the third period. San-En had the advantage, 44-38, at the end of the first half after the game was tied at 23 by the end of the first ten minutes of action.

The Neophoenix, who were playing sans Thirdy Ravena because of his Gilas Pilipinas stint, had their biggest lead at 24 at the middle part of the fourth quarter. The margin was big enough to hand them the win despite Shiga's 11-0 run late in the quarter.

Ravena, whose 28 points tied his B.League career-high, also dished out eight assists and grabbed four boards in the losing effort.

Elias Harris helped lead San-En with 26 points and 10 rebounds, while Robert Carter added 14 markers on top of seven rebounds and seven assists.

San-En (5-28) will go against Alvark Tokyo next weekend while Shiga (10-18) will face the Toyama Grouses on Wednesday.
