Returning Migs Oczon powers CSB past EAC in Filoil; Perpetual keeps Mapua winless

Migs Oczon marked his return with a sizzling performance as he powered College of Saint Benilde to a 100-70 drubbing of Emilio Aguinaldo College in the FilOil EcoOil 15th Preseason Cup on Tuesday.

The transferee from National University finished with 15 points, five assists, two rebounds, two steals, and one block in his first game back since sustaining injuries in their game against Adamson last month.

With his stellar performance, the Blazers cruised to back-to-back wins and improved to 4-2 in Group A while EAC dropped to 2-3.

Big man Will Gozum was also pivotal for CSB, churning out 17 points, three rebounds, and three assists while guard Prince Carlos chipped in 12 markers and three dimes.

Meanwhile, University of Perpetual Help System DALTA bounced back from a previous loss after trouncing the struggling Mapua University, 80-77.

Getting enough lift from veterans Kim Aurin and Jielo Razon, the Altas improved to 2-3 while the Cardinals remained winless in five games.

Aurin dropped a team-high 18 points, three rebounds, and three assists while Razon chimed in with a double-double of 12 markers and 10 boards to go along with four dimes.
