Joshua Guiab shares that John Amores has apologized to JRU teammates after incident

Jose Rizal University forward Joshua Guiab shared that teammate John Amores had already reached out to them and apologized following the latter's outburst that cost them suspensions of 11 players.

Guiab admitted their confidence is at a low following the recent incident involving Amores, who charged the bench of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde during the teams' clash last Tuesday.

The incident forced the league to hand one-game suspensions to Guiab, Jason Tan, Jason Celis, Marwin Dionisio, Jan Marc Abaoag, Jonathan Medina, Karl De Jesus, and CJ Gonzales.

Ryan Arenal was suspended for two games while William Sy was banned for three.

JRU was dealt a 72-60 loss to University of Perpetual Help System DALTA to formally bow out of Final Four contention after an impressive start to the season with a 5-2 card.

Even before the incident, the Heavy Bombers were already dealing with a lot after they sat out for 18 days due to health and safety protocols.

Still, JRU will try to finish the season strong.

Napakahirap. Wala din sila (Ryan) Arenal."
