Rhenz Abando's 22 points not enough as Anyang falls to Seoul SK in Game 4 of KBL Finals
Rhenz Abando's team-high scoring performance was not enough as Anyang KGC fell to the Seoul SK Knights, 100-91, in Game 4 of the Korean Basketball League (KBL) Finals on Monday night at the Jamsil Student Gymnasium.
The Filipino import churned out 22 points on four triples to go along with five rebounds and three assists in the loss, which saw the series now tied up at two games apiece.
Oh Se-geun flirted with a double-double of 17 markers, nine boards, one assist, and one block while Byun Jun Hyung and Darryl Monroe chipped in 15 and 11 points apiece.
Anyang previously took a 2-1 series lead when it secured Game Three with an 81-70 victory. Abando was also crucial in that win after the former NCAA Rookie MVP dropped 14 points, seven rebounds, two blocks, one assist, and one steal in over 34 minutes of action.
Game Five of the series is slated on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the same venue.
